Grand Hotel Riga - Ruse

The fine river views from my Executive Double Room were amazing. The hotel's prime location offered easy access to local attractions and the friendly staff.

Breakfast could offer more variety.

2 time in this good hotel. Next time in Rousse - will choose only "riga"!!! Will recomend to stay in renovated rooms only!!! Thanks to the stuff!Good luck!

Room of good size and facilities, although somewhat dated. Excellent location to discover the centre of Russe town and to enjoy the great Danube river views. Adequate breakfast, safe parking in closed but open air parking in front of the hotel. A plate of fruits in the room was our welcome.

Our airconditioner could not cope with the temperature of 33 degrees centigrade and could not be regulated, reason for the low score for comfort.

charming, charming, charming

I stayed for 2 nights in an Executive Double Room with River View, and the amazing panoramas of the Danube were captivating! The breakfast was varied and well-stocked, setting a good tone for my day. I also appreciated the secured parking with a hassle-free experience .

The grand hotel riga was a huge disappointment, especially when i had to pay for my daughter's breakfast even though she barely ate. Breakfast had the lowest quality food, and to top it all off, our shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I guess expecting some pampering was too much to ask.

I was delighted with the spacious and recently renovated room on the 8th floor, with modern furniture and a magnificent view of the Danube. The hotel also boasts the wonderful Panorama Restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious meals at reasonable prices.

Bathroom amenities could be improved.

It took some time to convince personnel about free parking...

Excellent superior room, like in a 5 star hotel. Fruits and wine, good tv, excellent bathroom. Very good price, 55 euro/night, and the hotel has a privat parking.

A little bit far from the Giurgiu-Russe bridge.

I stayed at this hotel two weekends.Room were renovated, clean and comfortable. The food is very good in hotel restaurant.View from the window was excellent (river and city). Location was also good, only a short distance to the center. Private parking was also available.

Friendly Staff that gave us an upgrade, very modern room with an extremley comfortable bed. The gourmet restaurant on the 17th floor i recommend to everyone. Good location right at the Danube river its only a 5min walk to the main square.

Room upgrade and fine views

Upon arrival, I received a complimentary upgrade to a luxury room with amazing views of the Danube. The spacious, clean, and quiet environment was a good surprise. Dining at the Panorama restaurant was a treat, with reasonably priced meals and excellent local wines.

The breakfast options left much to be desired, lacking variety and freshness, disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

My favourite hotel in Ruse, would recomand it.

our very well furnished room had central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. the location was marvellous, in the city center with easy access to a market and various stores.
